Racism TodayAs most of us in the United States know (probably because we all have the day off from school/work), today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This day was set aside as a holiday to commemorate a very special American, a very special man who has greatly impacted the history of our nation and the modern world. In his later life, this man struggled through life in his quest for racial equality before his tragic assassination.
The truth is, racism is not a thing of the past. Perhaps it has simmered down in the past century, but it is still quite alive today; after all, equality has only recently been enforced by the law. These kinds of things do n
Lost In A Sea Of Submissions?:devsuper-stars: is a new club targeting exceptional talent, especially those who do not get the recognition they deserve. Our mission is to showcase talent in all areas of art, sharing it with the dA world.
Shortly, member features will be up and running, as well as unknown artist features. Hopefully, some contests will be up and running in the new future, with neat prizes such as subscriptions, features, and possibly commissions.
Unfortunately, membership to this group is by application only - not all applicants will be accepted. However, everyone is welcome to watch the club; there will be numerous ways for non-members to participate
